Weaning Off Coffee, Back To Tea
I used to only drink tea, mainly because I could never make coffee as good as my mom would make it.
Then I started working. Commuting takes awhile and my morning green tea just wasn’t cutting it anymore. Another reason I stayed away from coffee was because of the effect it had on my tummy … let’s just call it “loose, hard-to-wipe bowel movements”.
